Bonnie believes that the quality of life is enhanced by functional beauty. That the environments that we live, work and play do matter.

She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, BFA, and has spent the last three decades creating environments for Elders and those who serve them. She leads a powerful team of design professionals and is honored to work with compassionate clients. She also believes strongly in giving back; Bonnie serves on the CCH Christmas Mother Committee as PR chair and the creator and chair of the July Jingle Run, is active on too many committees at Church, and loves spoiling her family.

  Vice President of Operations   Brad started his journey as a graduate of VCU's Graphic Design Program in 2009. After spending seven years in Chicago working in project management and marketing, he is back in Richmond and happy to be a part of the Design Source team. With a strong understanding of branding, design, and marketing, he believes DSI can fulfill and exceed the client's needs.  Brad is a loving father to his daughter Meredith, and happily married to his beautiful wife, Jenny. He's a huge fan of Tottenham Hotspur, the Chicago Bears, and Bill Burr.

BRAD BORKOWSKI

Interior Designer

Holly's passion for Interior Design led her back to her hometown of Richmond, Virginia after graduating from James Madison University and beginning as an architectural designer in Washington, DC. Throughout her design work, Holly enjoys being very detailed and solving problems. She facilitates the completion of project work by assisting team members and aiding in all phases of production, such as preparing construction documents or selecting finishes.

Outside of work, you can find Holly painting plein air Maymont Park or checking out local Richmond breweries. She also enjoys traveling and even spent a semester abroad in Florence, Italy.

Interior Designer

Samantha started her career in residential design after graduating with a B.S. from Virginia Tech. Five years later, she ventured into commercial design and now loves creating warm and welcoming environments for Seniors. She thrives at designing spaces that are thoughtful, developing construction drawings, and ensuring no detail is ever missed.

Although a Virginia native, Samantha now plays an active role at Design Source from warm and sunny, Hawaii. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, brunch, and exploring the outdoors with her husband.

SAMANTHA HORSEMAN

Procurement Specialist

Elizabeth recently moved to Richmond from Philadelphia, PA (GO Birds!). Her previous experience in upscale, residential design has provided her with the experience needed to problem solve and provide a high level of customer service to clients and vendors alike, in the office and in the field. Her thorough and detailed mindset provide a stable foundation for her team to build on.

Passionate about her community and local music, the move to Richmond proved to be a good fit for her, her partner, and two pug mixes. She has since become a Zumba aficionado, pug collector, and senior living enthusiast.

ELIZABETH KOCH

Interior Designer

Anna is all about composition and creating spaces where universal design is the beautiful norm.

She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with an Interior Design degree, and worked to develop an ADA community Harden for Boone County Family Resources. She then went on to become a tango dancer and teacher, moved to Argentina, and toured North America. After settling in Richmond, she has returned to her interior design roots with an ADA focus.

In her free time she loves to paint, rock hop on the James River, and teach social dancing around Virginia.

ANNA LEON
